Shipping & Returns Policy


All items ship within 2-3 business days unless stated otherwise. Once your items have shipped, it will take 1-5 business days to arrive at your location. We currently only ship domestic within the U.S. If multiple items are purchased with a pre-ordered item, the non pre-ordered items will ship separately.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note, drink ware is nonreturnable and nonrefundable.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank and/or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Final Sale items

Items listed as “Final Sale” cannot be refunded.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may exchange a new and unused item in its original packaging for an equally priced item within the first 30 days of your purchase. To start an exchange, please send an email to You will be responsible to pay the Return shipping fee. The new item will be shipped to you free of charge upon receipt of the original purchased item.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as, instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be charged a *$10/$50 label fee, which helps us to cover the costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages until they are received at our warehouse.
